What We Do

OneContact helps you connect with others to share your contact details. You control what information you share and with whom.
 

Who Can Use OneContact

You must create an account to use the app. OneContact is for individuals and businesses. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
 

Sharing & Privacy

You can share your contact information with others through QR code, text message, or the in-app search. You choose what to share. Notes you write about your contacts are private and visible only to you.

The app won’t access your device’s contact book unless you give permission to sync OneContact data to it.

Your Responsibilities​

• Only share accurate and appropriate contact details.

• You’re responsible for who you connect with — we don’t verify user identities.

• Don’t use OneContact to spam, harass, or harm others.
   

No Guarantees

We strive to release OneContact updates that are smooth, secure, and free of bugs or interruptions. However, like with any app, occasional issues may occur. If they do, we’re not responsible for any problems or losses that result.
 

Our Responsibility

While we work hard to make OneContact secure and reliable, we can’t guarantee everything will always work perfectly. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.
 

Respectful Use

You agree not to use OneContact to break the law or harm others. Don’t upload anything offensive, try to hack the app, or use bots or scripts to access it.

Our Rights

OneContact and all related content — including its name, logo, design, and technology — are owned by Be Happy Innovations LLC. The name, branding, and logo of Be Happy Innovations are also protected. Please don’t copy, reuse, or sell any part of our app or brand assets without permission.
 

Feedback

We always welcome feedback and suggestions to help improve OneContact. By sharing your ideas with us, you agree that we can use them freely to make the app better.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime using the in-app option.

Data Storage & Security

We store your contact details securely using trusted third-party hosting providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While we use safeguards to keep your information safe, no system is 100% secure.

Analytics & Improvements

We may use analytics tools to better understand how the app is used and improve OneContact over time. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. If anything important changes, we’ll let you know through the app or email.

California Users

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These may include the right to access your personal data, request deletion, or opt out of certain types of data use. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
