Users may request deletion of their OneContact account and associated data by one of two methods.

​

1. Via in app, by navigating to Settings and clicking the button Delete Account. Follow the on screen instructions in order to successfully delete the OneContact Account.

2. By emailing OneContact-Legal@behappyinnovations.com from the address associated with their account.

 

Upon request, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
