Be Happy Innovations LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the DISData app (“DISData” or the “App”). These Terms of Service explain the rules for using DISData.

By using DISData, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About DISData

DISData is a review app where users can submit and view reviews, ratings, and related information about locations, experiences, resorts, rides, restaurants, shows, and other categories.

DISData is designed to help users share opinions, compare experiences, and make more informed decisions.

No Disney Affiliation

DISData is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Any names, locations, brands, attractions, or references are used for identification and review purposes only.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login information secure

• Use only your own account

• Use the App responsibly

DISData is intended only for users located in the United States who are at least 13 years old.

Public Profile Information

Some parts of your profile may be visible to other users, including your name, bio, brand information, profile image, reviews, ratings, and submitted links.

Your email address and password are not publicly visible.

User Reviews and Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, links, or other content to DISData, you are responsible for what you post.

You agree that your content must not:

• Be false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate

• Harass, threaten, or harm others

• Include hateful, abusive, or inappropriate content

• Contain spam or excessive self-promotion

• Violate another person’s rights

• Break any law

We aim to maintain a helpful, accurate, and respectful platform. Content that does not meet these standards may be removed, and accounts may be limited or restricted.

Your Content and Our Use of It

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content to DISData, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use that content in connection with operating and improving the App.

This includes the right to:

• Store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content

• Use it for analytics, rankings, summaries, and aggregated insights

• Incorporate it into current or future features of DISData

This license allows us to use submitted content without compensation to you.

This permission continues even if your account is deleted.

We may retain and use submitted content for historical, analytical, and platform integrity purposes. Where appropriate, retained content may be anonymized.

Editing and Deleting Reviews

You may edit or delete your own reviews within the App when those features are available.

However, removal from public view does not guarantee complete removal from backups, logs, or internal systems.

Account Deletion

Deleting the App from your device does not delete your account or data.

When an account deletion request is processed:

• Personal account information will be removed from active use

• Reviews and submitted content may be retained for historical, analytical, and platform integrity purposes

• Retained content may be anonymized where appropriate

Moderation

We may review, remove, hide, or restrict content at our discretion.

We may remove reviews without notice. Review removal decisions are final.

If your account is restricted or removed, you may contact us to request a review of the account-level action.

External Links

Users may submit links to blogs, videos, or other third-party content.

We are not responsible for external websites, content, or services.

Reviews Are Opinions

Reviews, ratings, scores, and comments reflect user opinions and experiences.

They are not guarantees of quality, accuracy, availability, pricing, safety, or future experience.

You are responsible for how you use the information provided on DISData.

​

DISData Features and Functionality

DISData may use formulas, calculations, rankings, categories, averages, or other tools to organize and display information.

These systems are part of the App and may change at any time.

​

We are not required to publicly disclose how scores, rankings, or calculations are created.

No Scraping or Data Extraction

You may not scrape, copy, collect, download, reproduce, or redistribute DISData content or data without our written permission.

You may not use bots, automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or similar methods to access or extract App data.

​

This includes using DISData data for training models, datasets, or commercial tools without permission.

​

Changes to the Service

We may update or expand DISData over time, including adding new features or functionality.

​

If additional terms apply to specific features, they will be presented at that time.

App Availability

We work to keep DISData available and useful, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

DISData is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Be Happy Innovations LLC is not responsible for damages, losses, or claims related to:

• Use of the App

• User-submitted content

• Reliance on reviews or ratings

• External links

• App errors, outages, or changes

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DISData if a user violates these Terms or creates risk for the platform or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or another appropriate method.

By continuing to use DISData after updates, you accept the revised Terms.
